[ARC5] Those Cussed 1930s PL- Plugs

Step one is to be sure you pull the cable or all of the wires through the 
backshell before you start soldering.  :-)

I have an 8" x about 3/16" machinest scale (with a hook on one end, the end 
you will not use) that works well.
