[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Anyone what these go to?

That was my thought too. AFAIK, the only HF sets that used a reduced
voltage to the dynos was the British R.1155 / T.1154 supplies from a
"Londex" relay.
The naked shaft end indicated a possible gearbox use.
