[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Anyone what these go to?

No, not for those sets.  Note the 18 VDC input.  I've forgotten which one but 
I have a dim recollection that one of the IFF sets ran off of 18 VDC.  It was 
supplied from a regulator, carbon pile I think, that dropped the aircraft's 
24-28 volt buss to 18 regulated.
