Yup, along with the key for lock tuning the the RX.

Yeh, already had used too many C-26s on the HF rig and the R-112 had 
come with a local adapter, so when I came across another local that 
inexplicably had the switch blocked off for the CW position like the one 
on the R-112, the decision was pretty easy....

It's the 12H6 to provide voltage for the meter.  It has a sort of 
strange looking collar around it as a retention device.  A conventional 
thermocouple evidently didn't work well enough for ARC's likings at VHF.
