[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Very Cool SCR-274N Modulator - PE-101 mod update.

OK, found it in 1956 CQ Mobile handbook.  Mod involved rewiring the  
two motor commutators from a "simplex lap" wound configuration to a  
"multiplex" type  winding.  Details pp 28 - 30.  Required  unsoldering  
and rewiring the connections to the motor commutator bars.
