[ARC5] PDFs on BAMA

Let me put a better time line on this.  In the past few days, I've
downloaded the manuals for the I-177 and TV-2, all the GE Ham News
there was and a service manual for a Kenwood TS-820.  Nothing on my
system changed over that time but the Ham News and the TS-820 came
scrambled.  This is the extent of the "test" and I hope to extend it
some over the next few days but I want to be sure it really is me.

Does that make sense?
