[ARC5] PDFs on BAMA

Okay, this is probably just a system glitch on my part but is anyone
else having a problem with PDFs from the http BAMA site at edebris?
I've tried downloading PDFs from other sites and had no problems but
that doesn't mean it's not my system.  Oh, I used both IE8 and FF
3.whatever - the most recent anyway.
