In my experience there is an initial drift (on 40M) 
of about 5 kc downward the first 30 - 45 seconds of key down 
with the 375. Much less after that.

I warmed the transmitter up well, 
carefully neutralized it,
then cut the loading back to about 40 watts out.
The drift and chirp are much less of a problem now.
