[ARC5] tuning knobs (and local controls)

There is another style of command set knob, consisting
of a solid metal fluted knob about 1.5" diameter, with a spinner.
I have two of them, as well as a couple of the black knobs Jay
mentioned.
I seem to recall, that one of the larger surplus houses, like
RE Goodheart or Columbia had a batch of after market knobs made
up, but I can't recall the details.
Would be a good rainy day project to go back through all the surplus ads
in CQ and 73 and see if I can find reference to them.
