[ARC5] Tuning knob for ARC-5 RX

I have a couple of these as well.
If you use one of these knobs on Type-12 VHF sets, and 
start from a known freq, you get a pretty good idea of where
you're tuned by paying attention to the knob calibration.
On the R-13 I just fixed, it is "spot on" within about 10 MC 
of where I start, and pretty close even further out.
My guess is they were designed with "spotting" a
Type-12 set in mind.
