[ARC5] Am I Your Radio? "Franken-5"

Long ago, before I and my family fell into a 
large and years-long chaotic "black hole", someone 
sent me a very interesting modified SCR-274N transmitter.
It is the most extensive, neatly done modded set I've seen,
and appears to have been converted to an FSK exciter.
I lost track of who sent it right after it arrived, 
it coinciding with the beginning of the chaos.
