[ARC5] ARC-5 mini-banana plug replacements

These plugs by Johnson or Emerson look very much like 4 mm bananas - not the 
smaller ones used in Command sets. I have asked Digi-Key for dimensions - 
alternately, perhaps someone on this list can help?
