[ARC5] Radar

Hi Tom:

That's a great think to have operational.  The web pages mention and you
can see that the torpedo firing station is close by, that one of the uses
is related to torpedo operation.  Can you elaborate on how that works.  I
don't think it's a good idea for it to be operational.  hi hi
