[ARC5] Dynamotors

The 46145 is perhaps the rarest of the ARA receivers. I did the tube swap
and brush rotation trick, too. Although the dynamotor efficiency is poor.
Today, I know that there are several 14 volt dynamotors with the same frame size
such as DM-34 and DM-53-AX that work better. Plus the plug-n-play DY-1/ARR-2X
and CBY-21400, although they are quite scarce.

You can do a tube swap in the AN/ARC-5 sets as well. But the 6SF7 seems to
be harder to find than the above mentioned dynamotors.
