It was not me that came up with the 3.5K number. But I agreed with it.

As Marty comments:

READ is pronounced two was. The like I will read the book and I have read
the book!

I assumed the question was in relation to the necessary impedance of the
modulation transformer.

Do I remember that some SCR-274 transmitters had screen modulation?
