[ARC5] ARC-5 transmitter frequency drift suggestion

The bottom line is that it worked just fine 65 years ago.  If it doesn't work 
fine today, either fix it or if you aren't smart enough to do that, put it on 
the shelf until someone smart enough comes along.  The only valid derogatory 
comment I ever saw in a Surplus Perversion Manual is that at 20 meters and 
above, a stock BC-610 running on MO does chirp a little.  Otherwise, all other 
such comments including those about the much maligned B-375 and BC-640 resulted 
from improper tuning.  Someone should have kicked the editors soundly in the 
privates and told them to RTFM.  Had they simply plugged everything in and 
turned it on, they would have found that it worked just fine with none of the 
stupid modifications shown in their books.  But of course, then they couldn't have 
sold any books as it was all covered in the manuals.
