Seems that Ebay has finally decide to do that at every mirror 
countries sites! That is also announced at Ebay UK, and others! 
Maybe its time for someone out their to start a real free 
international auctions site! And with this shit going on lately at 
them, it would probably force all sellers (and buyers also, as if you 
don't want to have a Paypal account you will not be able to bid after 
these new "protection" rules applies), to gfind a monopoly trust free 
site to sell worldwide their items. 
After all seems that this a great opportunity to move on!
