I went to the Library of Congress on Monday and they searched their 
WORLD-CAT database and found that the  Digest of Airborne Radio and 
Radar News was a government publication, but the only place they could 
find it listed was at the Het Legermuseum at Delft, in the 
Netherlands.The accession # is  OCLC 150331023. I have to think it ought 
to be in the Air Force Museum at Wright-Paterson, the Air University at 
Maxwell, Alabama, the Naval Air Museum at Pensacola, the National Air & 
Space Museum, the Washington Navy Yard Museum  or the Naval Research Lab 
library in Anacostia.
