[ARC5] Looking for my first set up

There are plenty of modified transmitters and receivers around (both ARC-5 and SCR-274) and they are pretty cheap. I'd look for one of those and undo the sillier mods as needed. Please don't cut up unmodified sets, as they are getting pretty scarce. Ditto for BC-3xx receivers.
