[ARC5] Looking for my first set up

I am new to the list and very interested in getting my first military set up. I enjoy CW on 40 and 80 and  have operated mostly Qrp the last few years.  I am hoping to find some type of ARC 5 system . Clean and working, moded if need be and able to go on the air. A TX only with a good BC series receiver is fine as well.  I appreciate any help and realize this may take some time to  piece something together,
