In today's world, time itself can be a pretty rare commodity to many.
The older I get, the more projects seem to be waiting with less and
less time to deal with them. Result? More of a willingness to part
with $ rather than waiting and hoping something will fall out of the
sky. Many of us got spoiled by the cheap availability of this stuff
for years, decades, and forget to figure in the time/interest factor
along with good old supply/demand.
Tough to beat ebay for convenience as well as variety. Best of all,
you get to set the price you're willing to accept. If the market won't
bear the price, it speaks for itself but still leaves the option of
selling for less. More often than not, especially with scarce items on
ebay, there is a buyer out there with money in hand, ready to buy.

Henk and his pals out of the Netherlands along with stations from
France, Greece, and elsewhere have completed contacts with several of
the East Coast AM group over past months. I'll be putting in some time
down there over the long weekend, hope to hear you Max, and anyone
else who can break free of the mess around 3880-3885.
