There is no minimum FB NOW. In 2001 when I wanted to sell you had to
have 10 successful buys before you could sell. They changed that to
being able to sell right off, BUT you had to put a credit card number on
file. They also gave you a credit of $10 toward your listing fees and
billed you monthly for eBay charges.

Perhaps. OTOH, most, but not all, sales only net eBay a few dollars.
Again, that was not their policy pre 2001.
