You are wrong. I had the requisite 10 points but just hadn't got around to
selling something when they changed the rules. Because I had not sold yet, I
was not grandfathered as a seller and got screwed.

If you get scammed, you just loose the money you sent. Information compromise
is far worse.

Really? T J Maxx is still in business. So is ChoicePoint. So is Bank of
America.  just to name a few.
