[ARC5] BEWARE of 'Tagged'

BEWARE of the 'tagged' site. It's apparently some kind of kids
networking site that grabs the contents of your address book and sends
out emails to everyone in it with the subject line "[Your Name] has
Tagged you!  ;)"

The emails don't stop if you ignore them. It has already invaded and
polluted two email reflectors that I know of. It's VERY hard to stop
it's garbage. This thing is essentially a spam 'bot and it is best to
stay completely away from it.  Abuse complaints seem to be futile.
