I apologize for the delay...things are in moving chaos at the moment and 
I didn't notice that qth.net had somehow been blocked from my ISP back 
before Christmas.  I thought things were awful quiet...   :-)   Sending 
from the new address now and all seems well.  Looks like I missed a lot 
of good notes, from what I see on the web version.  Dave, that was an 
outstanding review of the command set issues - a real keeper!

Agree - though the shorter you can make the flex shaft the better.  I 
found that anything under a foot or so seems okay.  It's better to sneak 
up on a final frequency from the same direction every time - standard 
procedure when operating a lathe or milling machine as well.
