Perhaps you guys could help me learn more about this Navy receiver.
I recently picked up a CBY-46104 1.5 to 3.0 receiver at a local swap. It
was very dirty and missing all tubes, dyno and drawer. But otherwise it was
all there and unmodified. Fortunately, it cleaned up rather well and shows
no signs of damage other than a leaking capacitor. I intend to re-tube it,
recap as necessary, and then breath life back into it.
I wonder if someone in the group could shed some light on this particular
unit such as where, when, and what kind of service it likely saw. I know
this is an early Navy ATA/ARA unit.
The blue nomenclature tag on top reads:

This is an early date for the PTO and ETO, so I am trying to imagine the
installations, roles, and campaigns this receiver may have experienced.
