Sadly, no.  Nothing I've found so far.
I recently came across another reference of this use of up to 27 MC,
but danged if I can remember where I saw it.
Work has been pressing pretty hard lately and 
a lot of things are getting "cobwebbed-over"
before I get them dealt with.   I remember thinking:
"Well, this adds substance to the RAT-as-comm argument,"
but something interupted and now it's all gone except the
memory of that insight.  Getting older ain't fair ;-).
