Hi, David,

Well, one way of answering that would be to learn who actually
designed the Type B, and what RFL was doing after A.R.C. was formed
followed by what they were doing after the market crash in '29.
However, if I remember right, some of the engineering staff moved over
from RFL and/or GR after the crash which would have changed the
emphasis on who was doing what when.  That in itself could do some odd
things to original intent vs end results and would definitely put the
emphasis on A.R.C. rather than RFL.

Was that enough to confuse things even more? <G>
