[ARC5] Re volume control

Going from memory:

In the ARC-5, do not used the RF gain control as
a volume control.

With AVC on, turn the RF gain control full on, and
insert a volume control in the audio output of the
receiver. This is the way it was designed to be used.

If you use the RF gain control as a volume control, 
you effectivly disable the AVC.
