[ARC5] tool help

Hi All,
  I have a panel mount control box made by M.J.Johnson Aircraft 
Engineering Co., a R-4002,that is basically a copy of an A.R.C. type 12 
box.I've been useing it for a few weeks now with no problems.Suddenly 
the dial mechanism has bound up,not completely but tight.In order to 
dismantle I need to remove the knobs.The knobs look like A.R.C. knobs 
but the set screws are not spline (Bristo) type.Rather they look like 
they need a cross point (+) (Phillpips) screw driver.But not a pointed 
one.
 What would this be called and where do I get a set?
