[ARC5] BC-458 conversion questions (K3PID)

I believe I have one of these BC-458s.  I have an ARC-5 that someone converted to a VFO with several bands.  If you like, I can email pictures of it to you. 

In addition, I have copies of the conversion that I downloaded from, I believe, BAMA I can forward to you as well.

I hope this isn't too far off topic! I just completed rebuilding my CE 20A
and
have started on the conversion of the BC-458 as a multiband VFO.

Does anyone have pictures of the modified BC-458?
    a. Where did they place the new band switch?
    b. What is the layout of the modified frequency dial?
