[ARC5] those little bitty ball bearings

Replacing the receiver cap is much easier than the transmitter caps,
and no more trouble than taking the old one out to replace
ball bearings in any event.  I'll have to look in my books 
when  I get home, but I think the cap out of a common 
"Q-5er" will work just fine.
