Thank you kindly for writing, Gordon, and for the great info.
Do you mean "duplicates" as in there were two 
of the same model marked "M"?
Not two 7-9.1 transmitters or two 3-6 MC receivers
(as you know, there were several different models of each), 
but duplicate models, such as two CBY-52211 ATA
transmitters, both with no serial stampings and "M" markings?
The difference is whether the sets are "unique" or simply "rare,"
which is a world of difference to a collector.
