[ARC5] Re:VLF Command receivers

To my knowledge the lowest frequency to which any of the production 
Command receivers could tune (RAV, ARA, SCR-274N, AN/ARC-5) was  190 kc. 
I believe there was a prototype that tuned a little lower, but not much. 
In designing the receivers there was a certain frequency coverage that 
was practical, and  I am almost certain no receivers were built that 
tuned the VLF frequencies.
