[ARC5] Low B+ supplies for BC-454-B RX?

Hi All,

I believe that it's quite feasible to run a BC-454, etc from a 50 volts B+ 
supply, is this correct?  I have a spare 50 Volt @ 50ma winding on a 
transformer I'm using to power my BC-696 and it would save building another 
supply for the RX.

Any info appreciated!
