[ARC5] RAT 13.5-20 Mhz receiver

The seller was not entirely clueless. I corresponded with him during the sale - he provided me with additional pictures and answered my questions for general information about the radio, even knowing my bid would not win. He knew he had a gem. The black painted chassis comment was probably a mis-reading/bad paraphrase, of a comment I made to the seller about how the standardized ARC-5 receiver series chassis was painted....(When it appeared in his revisions, I said to myself, "...What?...") Yes, it's a component of Model RAT (14 Volt).  And whoever told the seller 
that "later ones" weren't painted black is confusing it with later 
WECo 
production of SCR-274-N.  The seller, of course, is clueless.
