[ARC5] Rebroadcasts.. was What did they talk to?

That's a bit pessimistic, IMO. A few hundred yards is more like it. I suspect the
poor performance was based, in some part, on the trickiness of tuning the B sets
properly.

Actually, I have several 19 sets and would love to do a test some time out in the
boonies somewhere.
