  I have a little experience with them. Electrically they aren't a lot
quieter in receive than a "good" dynamotor, but even a good dynamotor will
have a little brush noise now and then and they do eliminate that.
They do produce an audible high pitch whine but it is way lower than the
noise produced by the regular dyno's.
In a quiet room you'll enjoy using them more than a regular dyno. With
headphones on and the receiver volume turned down, you won't be able to hear
the whine. That's just how much quieter they are. Sorry, I don't have any
spec sheets.
