[ARC5] T-22 QRV

I checked into our local CW net today using a T-22 that I've been
bringing back to life.

Got several very nice responses, especially from the OT who gave me the
rig :)

Electrically I didn't have to do much, most of the effort was cleaning
out the muddy sand. Using cathode keying with the oscillator running
while not in receive mode. Stabilized supply (150V) for the oscillator.

It drifted a little, but not enough to need retuning during my 'over'. I
understand that +200V is better for the oscillator from a drift point of
view.

Anyway, it was a lot of fun. Thanks for the bandwidth :)
