[ARC5] ARC-5 Rcvr AGC not working. Caps to replace?

Tom;

	I don't have the doc's with me here at work, so I don't know the cap number,
but it's the long thin one mounted on the front pannel of the rx ( 3 uF if I
remember right). It filters the gain control line. I had one go bad in one of my
sets and I had the same problem, you couldn't turn the volume down. The cap
fails and doesn't allow the bias voltage to be raised by turning down the volume
control.
