[ARC5] Another Uncommon Set- ATA

There was a "late" run of ATA transmitters produced
under number NXsa-53321 during the time A.R.C.
was making AN/ARC-5.  The chassis has "ARC-5"
features, such as the "screw-on" front window.
I know of only four or five of these, all
2.1-3.0 transmitters, and have seen no serial numbers
over 2000. If you're an ATA/ARA man like me,
this is a good catch.
