[ARC5] RE meters.. more

The meter on the Relay Control unit doesn't have a nonlinear scale.
(I'm looking at one as I write this).
This is in accord with the posted description of its being a
low-resistance DC millivoltmeter (which sounds a lot like a milliameter
to me).
