[ARC5] RE meters

The SCR-274-N manual T.O. No. 16-40SCR274-5 lists the following info for the meter in the BC-442-A relay unit:

M-50, LOCAL antenna current indicator.  Expanded scale millivolt meter, open circuit rating 19.5 +/- 1.5 millivolts, d-c resistance of meter 3 ohms +/- 15%.  Weston 507.

The info in the AN/ARC-5 manual AN 16-30ARC5-2 for the same meter in the RE-2/ARC-5 says only:

M-50, Ammeter, Antenna current indication, WS-Model 507.
