[ARC5] mini banana plugs and BC696 and 85 kc can

I mentioned a few days ago that I had a quantity of mini banana plugs 
available ($0.15 ea.). A few people have asked about their dimensions and 
how they fit to 'ARC-5' connectors. I've added a couple shots to the
