FYI.
 There is a tube extractor similar to what Mike describes that I have
found works well for the command set receivers. They can be found at
http://www.tubesandmore.com/
Search for part # S-T5092. I don't have any connection with this
organization. I just know how hard the tubes are to get out without pullers.
