[ARC5] BC-451

I picked up a pair of the BC-451-A control units recently.  On one of
them SN 59876 by WECO had the frequency of 3105 written in the
transmitter number 1 position.

The 2nd unit SN 100265 also by WECo had 6440 in the first transmitter
pos. and 4220 in the 2nd position.

I can't imagine trying to send CW with the key push thing on the top,
let alone be the op trying to copy it on the other end of the path.

The small tags on the top that show which way the toggle switch should
be placed, In-out, one is what looks like copper and the other is a red
stickum on tag although running your fingers over it you don't feel any
edges.

A triple receiver control head, for data checkpoints is a BC-450-A SN
6537 with Contract number 10111-WF-43.
