Subject:	Radio - Model RU receiver - report on.

      5.    The Eveready Rayethon tubes supplied with the RU
receivers have been satisfactory as regards life and performance.
The Eveready "B" batteries supplied have also been very satis-
factory and have given no trouble

      6.    It is recommended that Model RU receivers mod-
ified in accordance with paragraph 2 of this letter be supplied
for a11 single seat fighting planes in the future.
