I don't think it'd be necessary to make any changes in the receivers.  If
the HV brushes are removed from the dynamotor it will essentially be out of
the HV circuit.  The HV appears both on the front and rear chassis
connectors, intended for providing power to accessories or for testing
purposes.  The 24V to 150V could be provided at those points without
changing any internal receiver wiring.
