[ARC5] RAT/RAT-1 receiver data call

It's about time for another obscure and unreasonably obsessive data call
on the RAT and RAT-1 receivers.  If anyone knows of the whereabouts of
any of these sets, I'll add them to the list.  Note that the RAT and RAV
are the only sets whose local control box has a small serial number tag
below the sensitivity knob, so keep an eye out for any of these
unattached to receivers in your travels.  Here's what I've collected so
far, in no particular order:

44 (This should theoretically be SN 87, given the peculiar 2n-1 and 2n
nomenclature counting scheme ARC used for these local control boxes.
That is to say that both SN 1 receivers would have SN 1 and 2 control
boxes, etc.)
