[ARC5] SCR-274 and AN/ARC-3 racks

Hello all!
I've recently acquired **all** the coponents for a NOS three-receiver,
two-transmitter SCR-274-N, except for the shock mount FT-225-A for the
BC-456 and an original FT-222-A for the BC-450-A (anyone got those for
sale?).
In the meantime, I was playing around with some of the items I have and
I found that the shock mount for the two-transmitter rack (FT-227-A) and
the shock mount for the T-67/ARC-3 will interchange, as will the
MT-236/ARC-3 dynamotor assembly mount and the FT-225-A mount for the
BC-456. In fact, I am currently using a MT-236/ARC-3 on my BC-456 in
place of the FT-225-A I don't have. The AN/ARC-3 racks have slightly
different shock assemblies that are attached to the frame with a screw,
while the SCR-274-N racks are rivited to the frame. Additionally, the
AN/ARC-3 racks are bare aluminum.
This brings me to my real question. I've never seen any "real" SCR-274-N
shock mounts that were bare metal. They've all been black crackle
painted. But, I've heard reports that people have come across SCR-274-N
shock mounts that were bare metal, just like most of the other late era
SCR-274-N components. Is it likely that these bare metal "SCR-274-N"
mounts were really AN/ARC-3 mounts, or do any list members have
confirmed bare metal SCR-274-N mounts in their collection? The AN/ARC-3
racks I've seen had only a decal with the nomenclature, so that could
easily vanish.
